Bronze Empire is hands down one of the best AYCE hot pot spots I’ve tried. The variety is fantastic — from rich and flavorful broth bases (I chose the Tallow Spicy and it was the perfect level of heat) to a huge selection of meats, seafood, veggies, and skewers. The meats were beautifully marbled and perfect for quick dips in the spicy broth. I also loved the shrimp skewers, lotus root, and fried selections — all delicately seasoned. The sesame balls were a nice sweet touch to finish off the meal. The service was fast and attentive despite the weekend rush, and the 90-minute dining limit felt more than fair given the unlimited options. The setup is clean and efficient with personal pots and an induction burner at every seat, so everyone gets the broth they want. If you’re craving hot pot with top-tier ingredients and a generous AYCE format, Bronze Empire delivers on all fronts. It’s what keeps us coming back! We make the drive from Colorado Springs because it’s simply the best!

Great experience, cocktails are amazing. All you can eat is great too, very attentive service. Be aware that you only have 90 minutes since you seat on the table, and you most likely will have to wait.

YOU GET SO MUCH FOOD. It’s affordable and you can eat as much as you want. Protein for the boys. All the protein. Of course you can also order a bunch of veggies, which you should. And there are a ton of options. Bring friends, celebrate a birthday, bring a date, bring family, bring someone to help you.

It's hard for me to find anything about this place I don't like. Now that it's AYCE I was worried it would be too different, but honestly it just seems like a better deal. The meat and seafood seem fresh, as do the veggies, and the soup bases are unreal. It's a great time whenever we go. Oh and the BBQ skewers they're doing now are so delicious. Craving it again just a few hours after going.

Love the authentic decor, staff are so attentive and friendly- this is one of my sister’s go to only hotpot place. They have new menu items on top of their skewers for appetizers. Always fresh veggies and fresh selection of meat. The sauce station is extensive with all our family favorites. Our sister in law bachelorette’s get together was here so was many of our family birthday brunches. We’ve been here since they it was a sushi restaurant to regular hot pot to now all you can eat hotpot. Whether you’re a vegetarian, meat lover or in between, you’ll love the hot pot here.

A Denver local told me this is one of the best hot pots in the city. There was a line and 75-minute wait time at dinner on a Monday night. The lobby area was big enough to hold some groups, but you can also wait elsewhere because they text you when the table is ready. The all-you-can-eat hot pot is $29.99 per adult. You get individual pots, so you can choose your own soup. They have a limited selection of meats, veggies, skewers, and frozen seafood that is included in the AYCE. Appetizers, drinks (including alcohol), and desserts are a separate charge and on a separate menu. They give you a piece of paper to mark what you want and how many orders. It didn’t exactly match the menu, and it didn’t list the skewers. Meat quality was not too bad. I liked the beef brisket, fresh tofu, and lotus root. The shrimp skewers were the best of the skewers. They were all seasoned well. Be prepared to leave with the smell on your clothes and hair. The pokemon capsule toys are $11 per token. -18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more -Self-serve sauce bar -Leftover uneaten skewers are charged at $1/skewer -bathroom in the back corner next to the kitchen

Gone here with friends and family multiple times, we love the skewers, it's half of the reason we come. Obviously, hotpot is good too. Meat is cut perfectly and presented lovely. Sauce bar is smaller than KPot's, but has all the essentials. Veggies can be hit-or-miss with the freshness, but the mushrooms are always on point. Sometimes it can be difficult to get hold of your waiter to order more food, but usually they are pretty attentive.

Bronze Empire has quickly become my go-to hot pot spot. The broths are fantastic, the meat quality is top-notch (yes, even Wagyu and ribeye!), and there are so many fun add-ins to make the meal your own. Perfect for fall and winter when soup mode kicks in. If you love hot pot or want to try it for the first time, this place is a must.
